We ship to North American and to APO addresses. If you live outside of North America please send us an email (info@battlecartography.com) for a shipping quote.

Production and shipping times a varied due to multiple factors including: item type, printer, and your shipping address. Generally, most items ship within a week and most customers receive their item within two weeks.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will give you a 100% refund of your item up to 90 days from the purchase date. For any other issues will provide you with a free replacement item up to one year from the purchase date.

Please note that I run this company in my spare time and map projects can take a long time to complete. For example, stylized non-custom maps usually take 1-2 weeks to produce and battle maps can take several weeks to produce (usually 4-8 weeks).

At this time most of our maps are printed through a third-party printer that ships directly to the customer. For custom maps it depends on the needs of the customer (I may print the map locally, frame it, and then ship it myself).
